Ford Standard

 

Introduction:

PLC programming course based on the Ford Standard, divided into 59 topics with a total duration of 224 hours (28 days).

​

Objective:

For the participant to develop a program from start to finish based on the Ford Standard and with the provided material (Layout, Hardware, and RWDs), learning in this process the programming logic used in the different applications required at each station, such as Load Fixtures, SpotWeld Robots, Material Handling Robots, etc. This progress will be evaluated in 7 sections based on the performance and results obtained in practice.

In this course, the basic principles of robotics will be presented, regardless of your level of programming experience. We will delve into the various markets, varieties of robots and their designs, control systems, processors, actuators, and sensors that make up this exciting technological field

Objective:

Having basic general knowledge about robotics.

​

Having knowledge about the most commonly used robotic platforms in the market.

​

Using techniques and new software tools for designing robotic systems.

​

Identifying and having the ability to apply knowledge in practice, in the design and simulation of robotic systems.
